We take time to develop consumer confidence during the inspection resulting in acceptance of the findings. All inspections will be performed in a timely manner and there will be immediate notification of any delays due to consumer constraints or any other factor.

Confidentiality
Inspections are held in the strict confidence of an inspector/client relationship and only the commissioning party may authorize release of any information contained in such reports.

The affordable "Standard" inspection is thorough and complete with a written report and analysis either included or as an addendum. The emphasis is on a quality inspection from both the mill and consumers viewpoint with a reasonable fee schedule.

We have found, as has the State of California, the value of bilateral or unilateral arbitration to resolve disputes without the waste and expense of going to court.
