Inspection Services

Independant Third Party Inspections

The acknowledged advantage of the impartial third party inspection is that it saves time and goodwill for all concerned. We take time to develop consumer confidence during the inspection resulting in acceptance of the findings. The credibility which comes with ACADEMY OF TEXTILES & FLOORING INSPECTIONS means complaints accurately reported, not glossed over with boiler plate rhetoric.

Timeliness

All inspections will be performed in a timely manner and there will be immediate notification of any delays due to consumer constraints or any other factor.

Confidentiality

Inspections are held in the strict confidence of an inspector/client relationship and only the commissioning party may authorize release of any information contained in such reports.

Cost
The affordable "Standard" inspection is thorough and complete with a written report and analysis either included or as an addendum. The emphasis is on a quality inspection from both the mill and consumers viewpoint with a reasonable fee schedule.

Convenient

Our location between Los Angeles and Orange Counties gives us ready access to the entire Southern California area and our PC compatible InspecTen Program and FAX can provide virtually instant reports when necessary.

Corrections

ACADEMY OF TEXTILES & FLOORING INSPECTIONS is equipped to correct most repairable problems such as spots, installation, side match, roll crush, etc.

Expert Witness
Our unchallenged credentials and many hours of court time have served our clients well. All of our reports are written to be fully defended in court if necessary.

Instruction/Consultation
Seminars are available for retailers, sales representatives, claims personnel, or others with complete audio/visual, manuals, and support material. Phone or private consultation is always welcome.

Arbitration

We have found, as has the State of California, the value of bilateral or unilateral arbitration to resolve disputes without the waste and expense of going to court. Following inspection investigating, a report written in an accurate, objective and informative manner is delivered to the commissioning party. Credibility and integrity of the inspector inspires the client to produce the final decision on the claim settlement.
